Buying from MiSo Fashion Boutique
• By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.
• All purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed to in writing by MiSo Fashion Boutique.
• Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by MiSo Fashion Boutique.
• Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
• A contract of sale is only concluded once payment has been successfully received and your order has been processed for dispatch or collection.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where we reasonably believe:
1. the order is fraudulent;
2. incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed due to an error;
3. stock is unavailable;
4. there has been a payment issue; or
5. the order does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices include VAT where applicable.

Orders
Orders are subject to stock availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange either:

• store credit
• an alternative product.
Payment

MiSo Fashion Boutique does not store your card details.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after payment confirmation.

MiSo Fashion Boutique reserves the right to discontinue products or amend product offerings at any time. This will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless cancellation is required due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
